Publisher, mailbox, and the date this Teron privacy policy takes effect
This privacy policy informs the data subject how Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd., acting as controller, handles personal data connected with Teron. The controller is Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. The published street line is DuoDao District, BaiMiaoWuYi Road TongYuan City Chang South PaiNo.16 108. Privacy correspondence is received at connect@taixintechinfo.com. The effective date is 2026-09-13.
Teron is an Android package on Google Play. An adult stores a private lookbook of desk storage ideas on the handset. A vanity table, a shelf, or a corner of a small apartment may appear as a still the data subject stores locally. Teron is not a public community: there is no stranger feed, no comment wall, and no matching of users.
Teron does not present a login before a vanity-table still is saved, because that still remains a lookbook file on the phone.
Teron does not charge the data subject when a shelf layout is pinned.
Teron does not collect, read, or use an Android advertising identifier, because the package carries no advertisement inventory.
What Teron covers on Google Play for Android
This notice covers Teron as obtained from Google Play for Android. It records how information is gathered, used, disclosed, kept, and protected, and how the rights later in this notice may be exercised. This notice is meant to stay consistent with Teron's Google Play Data safety form as regards collection, sharing, purpose, and as regards whether any described lookbook practice is required or optional.
Teron does not run advertisements, because the lookbook is a private file on the handset rather than a monetised feed. There is no cloud model behind a shelf still, because capture stays on the device. There is no public community, so comments and matching never leave the phone.
Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. receives, through Teron, only a mailbox letter plus the log lines a host creates for an opened legal text. Vanity-table stills, spoken shelf remarks, and screen caches stay on the handset and never form part of that inbound material.
Risk if Camera or Microphone is refused
Camera waits for an explicit tap, and so does Microphone. They are not in the background. If Camera is refused, Teron captures no still from that sensor. If Microphone is refused, Teron captures no spoken remark. Typed notes about a shelf layout continue to function without either grant.
Where Camera is allowed after a tap, the result is a still written into the lookbook on the phone. Photos / Videos are not collected by Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd., because that still never leaves the handset. Leaving the shutter screen ends the session. The data subject may turn Camera off in Android Settings; later stills are then not taken, while typed layout notes still open.
Where Microphone is allowed after a tap, the result is a voice memo kept beside the typed note on that same phone. Microphone audio is not collected, because the recording never leaves the handset. Closing the recorder ends capture. Turning Microphone off in Android Settings means later spoken remarks are not recorded, while typed notes remain available.
When the system Photo Picker attaches a picture already stored on the phone, that file is copied only into the lookbook on the handset. The picker path is not a second Camera grant. Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. does not receive the picked file.
Personal data that stays in the lookbook on the handset
Teron keeps the lookbook as its on-device store. Pinned stills, typed layout notes, and spoken remarks stay in that on-device store on the phone, unless the data subject exports them using system export features Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. does not run.
Writing a still of a vanity table, a shelf, or an apartment corner into the lookbook after a tap or a Photo Picker choice leaves Photos / Videos on the phone; Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. is never sent that file.
Storing a spoken remark about a shelf next to a typed note leaves Microphone audio on the phone; the controller is never sent that recording.
Caches that reload the lookbook so screens can reopen keep App activity on the phone; Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. receives no usage feed.
A letter to connect@taixintechinfo.com is personal data the controller actually holds. The data subject chooses whether to send that letter. Apart from that mail and the host records described in the next chapter, Teron does not take personal data off the handset.
Host logs written for opened legal pages
When the data subject opens a legal page from inside Teron, a hosting provider writes HTTPS server logs so that page can be shown.
Those logs remain with the host. Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. does not sell personal data obtained through Teron, and it does not sell personal information from this Android package.
Those logs may be processed on infrastructure outside the country where the data subject installed Teron. Apart from that opening of a legal text, personal data is not sent abroad.
Mail sent to connect@taixintechinfo.com is read by staff of Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. for the purpose of answering the request. That mail is not disclosed to a further recipient for advertising.
Legal bases for processing when the GDPR applies
Insofar as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a data subject in the European Economic Area, the grounds already described in this notice are the legal bases for that processing. The controller does not invent a second catalogue of grounds.
Opening a legal text so that this notice, Teron's terms of use document, and the children's notice can appear on screen is necessary for the performance of a contract. Answering a letter sent to connect@taixintechinfo.com is also necessary for the performance of a contract where the data subject asked the controller to perform that correspondence.
Having regard to mailbox mail, Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. relies on legitimate interest in handling support correspondence, reviewing a privacy request, and keeping the mailbox usable against abuse. The data subject may object to that interest by writing to the same address.
A data subject in the EEA is entitled to lodge a complaint before a supervisory authority for the EEA country where that person lives, works, or says the infringement took place.
Data Protection Officer role for Teron correspondence
There is no separately named Data Protection Officer at Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. Mail meant for that role arrives at connect@taixintechinfo.com.
Retention of each type of record
Retention is grouped by type of record, not by a single clock for the whole package.
Lookbook files on the handset, including stills, spoken remarks, typed notes, and screen caches, remain until the data subject uninstalls Teron or clears Android storage for this package. The controller does not run a remote purge of those files, because it does not hold them.
Mailbox letters remain while staff need them to complete the request that was sent. Staff aim to answer a privacy letter within 15 business days of receipt. Once that request closes, staff drop the letter unless a longer hold is required.
Those logs remain with the host for the period the host requires in order to show the selected legal text. They are not added to a marketing file.
Organisational measures that protect records we hold
Security is described first as a matter of who may handle records, and then as a matter of technical limits. Mailbox mail is read by staff who need it to answer the data subject. Access is limited to that task. Letters are not forwarded into an advertising workspace. Staff are instructed not to copy a letter into a personal notebook.
The host delivers legal texts over https. The lookbook on the handset benefits from the lock screen and storage controls that Android already provides. Neither the handset nor the mailbox nor the host is promised to be free of residual risk. No claim is made that encryption cannot fail.
If the data subject believes a letter was mishandled, a further message to connect@taixintechinfo.com is the route to describe what happened. Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. does not attach a numbered breach clock that this notice has not already set out.
Access, rectification, erasure, and a portable copy
Rights are honoured in the following order. Write to connect@taixintechinfo.com. Name Teron and the request.
Access comes as inspection of personal data the controller actually received. For lookbook files that never left the handset, the data subject already holds the copy on the phone; staff cannot export a still they do not have. For mailbox mail and those logs, staff can describe what was received.
A data subject may request correction, including rectification, of personal data or personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete. Send that request to connect@taixintechinfo.com, naming the field that should be amended. Staff will correct the record they hold, or explain why a local file on the phone must be edited by the data subject.
Erasure of personal data the controller holds is requested through the same mailbox. Lookbook files are removed by uninstalling Teron or clearing Android storage. Because there is no hosted account, there is no account-deletion flow to follow inside the package.
A portable copy of personal data the controller holds can be requested by mail. Staff will send what they actually received, in a form that can be read without a special Teron tool. They cannot attach a still that remained only on the handset.
Adult audience, children, and guardian correspondence
Teron is limited to adults of 18. Eighteen-year-olds and older may pin shelf stills. A minor must not install this lookbook. Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Shelf stills in this lookbook are an adult's own notes.
Children's sensitive identifiers stay outside Teron's collection, and biometric data is likewise left uncollected. The lookbook arranges desk storage for an adult. Teron is not designed for children. Store text is not marketed to children. Desk-storage screens speak to an adult, and those screens are not directed at children. Teron ships without child-focused features. Listing copy, screens, and the lookbook itself address an adult arranging desk storage on a phone that person already holds.
A parent or guardian may email connect@taixintechinfo.com if children's information actually reached the controller, and may ask for access to it, for its deletion, and for stopping processing. If a guardian believes a minor submitted a letter that staff in fact opened, that mailbox is the channel. Uninstalling the package or clearing storage removes local lookbook files on the handset the guardian controls.
Appendix for California residents under the CCPA
This appendix records California-specific questions. It does not change how the lookbook behaves on the phone.
A California resident may write connect@taixintechinfo.com to confirm whether that resident's personal information was collected or shared. California residents rely on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and on CPRA for that path. Staff do not share Teron personal information for advertising.
A data subject who wants the controller to treat a letter as an opt-out of selling may send that instruction to connect@taixintechinfo.com; the mailbox records the instruction even though Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. does not sell personal information.
Appendix for Virginia residents under the VCDPA
This appendix records Virginia-specific questions. The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) is the law that applies to those questions.
Under the VCDPA, Teron does not practise targeted advertising. Sale of personal data is not part of this package. Profiling of readers is not part of it either, because the lookbook stays on the phone and the package does not show ads. The same mailbox, connect@taixintechinfo.com, remains available if a Virginia resident still wishes to refuse a sale.
How a later edition of this privacy policy is published
When Jingmen Huanfen Network Technology Co., Ltd. republishes this privacy policy, the new text replaces the edition the data subject first opened. The date printed at the top of this notice is updated to match the successor edition. Opening the in-app legal link again shows the current wording. Continued use of Teron after that date means the data subject has had an opportunity to read the replacement text. Questions about a change may be sent to connect@taixintechinfo.com.
